We provide linens, towels, basic toiletries, board games, outdoor games including mini golf, gym equipment, a 2-car garage, pet bowls, family-friendly essentials (high chair, pack ’n play, baby utensils), and a fully stocked kitchen with cookware and utensils. We recommend you bring groceries, personal toiletries, pet food, and any speciality items you prefer. Check our amenities list and reach out with any questions. CHECK-IN INFO: Your check-in information will be sent within 2 days. The address is on the reservation in the meantime, in case you need directions. EARLY CHECK-INS/LATE CHECKOUTS: As much as we would love to be able to accommodate early check-ins and late checkouts, our properties typically run at full occupancy, and our cleaning team needs all the time between guests to work their magic. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is 10 am. Please note that an accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. Please send a message the morning of your check-in, and we will let you know if we can accommodate an early check-in or late checkout at the end of your stay! This is an additional charge determined by us that must be paid before your check-in (for early check-in) and before your checkout (for late checkout). If you stay past your 11 am checkout time without approval, you will automatically be charged for that listing's base nightly rate without discounts. This can get pricey, so please be courteous to our housekeeping and their team. Breaking this rule will result in a $200 fine per night and potentially the additional cost that is incurred by losing the next guest’s reservation because we cannot eliminate the odour in time for the next booking. ROOFTOP: Guests are welcome to enjoy the rooftop and all provided amenities. Please exercise caution at all times, especially near edges, stairs, and when surfaces may be wet or slippery. Children and pets must be supervised. Do not climb or lean on railings, and avoid any unsafe behaviour. All items must remain on the rooftop and should be returned to their designated spots after use. Kindly cover the seating areas when finished to protect them for future guests. By using the rooftop, guests accept responsibility for their own safety and any actions taken while on the property. GYM: (If Applicable) You’re welcome to enjoy the gym and all available equipment. For everyone’s comfort, please clean machines and weights after use and put everything back in its place. KEYS / Keyfobs (If Applicable): Please be sure not to lose the key, and cannot be held liable for this (including any locksmith charges you may pay to re-enter). If you do not return or damage the key, a $100 fee will occur, as well as any additional fees that prevent an incoming Guest from checking in. LAUNDRY: You’ll have access to a free washer and dryer right in the unit, so feel free to use them anytime during your stay. TRASH: Feel free to use the indoor trash bins during your stay. If they fill up, the main trash and recycling bins are located in the garage. Additional trash bags are provided under the kitchen sink. MAIL/PACKAGES: We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected, and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts.
