Dear Kelly, if you read this, thank you so much for making my graduation special. I will recommend this place, so nice! Rooftop is breathtaking, the house is clean and has everything in there including games.

Kelly’s townhouse was excellent — peaceful, clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Dallas. The neighborhood was quiet and suburban, but every event and place we wanted to visit in the city was under a 20-minute drive away. Plenty of room in the huge garage for our rental car.
The home itself has great high ceilings, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and genuinely comfortable, high-quality furniture throughout. We especially appreciated that the living room could actually accommodate five people comfortably — not just thinly padded furniture that looks good in photos but isn’t practical.
Kelly was also extremely responsive all weekend and checked in through the app to make sure we were doing okay during our stay. This is the kind of Airbnb that deserves to be fully booked year-round. Highly recommend.

This condo is perfect for a mini "staycation". Located 12mi North of Downtown. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. Easy to enter and leave the facility. The gym had just enough to get a decent work out in while staying there, too. Safe and convenient. Florence and Kelly were attentive, polite and quick to respond. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!
